Returns & Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Products showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or discounted items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Customized or specially ordered items (if applicable) are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the payment method and order type.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number along with clear images of the issue.
- Our team will review the request and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.
