Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Products showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Customized or specially ordered items (if applicable) are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the payment method and order type.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide your order number along with clear images of the issue.
  • Our team will review the request and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or shipped.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.
